We do not operate from a call centre, or have a call waiting system. All our service calls come directly to our head office and are logged by our dedicated, friendly and helpful staff, who will do their best to arrange for an engineer to contact or visit you.
Our service engineers are all Canon, Sharp, Ricoh and Xerox trained, smart, polite, customer friendly, and thorough. Our engineers can not only troubleshoot on-site, but should you request it, we can provide your telephone support to assist you as quickly as possible.
We are accredited Canon, Sharp, Ricoh, Xerox and Rimage main dealers and with over 5 years of experience We are here to advise any business on the best machine to suit their printing, scanning or photocopying requirements. Unlike our competitors, we do not just sell you what we have in stock this week, but offer clear advice on the right machine for your business, not all printers or photocopiers are the same!
